Showmax Partners with Capitec Bank for Exclusive 50/50 Subscription Offer

In an exciting new partnership, Showmax has teamed up with Capitec Bank to offer customers an exclusive 50/50 subscription deal. This innovative collaboration allows Capitec Bank customers to enjoy half-priced access to Showmax’s extensive library of movies and series, making quality entertainment more affordable than ever.

Showmax Entertainment Package via Capitec Bank

Through Capitec’s banking app, customers can purchase vouchers for Showmax’s three individual subscription plans: Showmax Entertainment, Showmax Entertainment Mobile, and Showmax Premier League.

Typically, the Showmax Entertainment package costs R99 per month, but with this partnership, it is available for just R49. Similarly, the Showmax Entertainment Mobile plan, usually priced at R45, is now only R22 through the Capitec app. For fans of sports, the Showmax Premier League subscription, normally R69, is being offered at a discounted rate of R34.

“We are proud to have joined forces with Capitec to make entertainment even more accessible and affordable. We’re kicking off this partnership with incredible pricing that we believe will make customers smile, giving South Africans access to the stories they love from across South Africa, the continent, and the world, and live football from the Premier League. Get ready for a streaming marathon!” says Marc Jury, CEO of Showmax.
