Pat On Brands Dialogues is a series of discussions, curated to confer the marketing industry. 

Johannesburg, 2 November 2020 – Our last dialogue for the year will be taking place on November 5, 2020, at the Tshimologong Precinct in Braamfontein, Johannesburg.

A retrospective

2020 challenged every rule in the marketing book. Many brands scrambled to adapt while others were left behind. Brands are facing unique challenges, with increased uncertainty, they must adapt their marketing strategies to better communicate with consumers who have re-prioritized their needs.

What to expect

Pat on Brands’ CEO will be joined by keynote speaker, CMO of Google Africa, Mzamo Masito who is an influential marketer. They will be discussing marketing in 2021 and beyond. With 2021 on the horizon, how do brands take action? Gather the foresight to thrive. Are brands ready for 2021?

“The principles of marketing will remain the same. The mediums of communications will forever evolve. It is therefore important for marketers to keep abreast of the changes in the mediums to remain relevant to the consumers that they are serving. In 2021, digital marketing will be the core channel for many brands. This, however, not to say that broadcast is going to die. Brands will embrace digital more”, says Pat Mahlangu, CEO of Pat On Brands.
